Jeanne Smith, PCC
After a successful career on the creative side of the corporate world, Jeanne has spent the last decade immersed in coaching, supporting executives and leadership teams across Fortune 100 companies as an executive coach and facilitator. Most recently Jeanne was a senior leader in a SoCal SaaS company where she built and led a team of coaches that together built the #1 coaching culture in the world, awarded by the International Coach Federation. Jeanne believes that how you feel at work is how you will do at work, and focuses leaders to identify where they are most energized in their excellence, and supports them in leveraging these unique strengths to accelerate and expand what is possible.
Kim Shope, MPH, PCC
After a decade of client-facing work with PwC, Kim transitioned to L&D, teaming up with PwC leadership to develop talent from across the globe. Kim is now a full-time executive coach, committed to coaching people as they choose to knock down obstacles and accelerate their progress towards achievement. Her clients gain clarity around their purpose. They are better equipped to articulate their goals, success plan, support systems, and milestones.
Michael Welsh, MBA, ACC
A recovering accountant, Michael leads a team of coaches and instructional designers at the Hudson Institute of Coaching that partner with organizations to build cultures of development. Prior to that, he spent a decade in a variety of people operations leadership roles across Silicon Valley, including Head of Manager and Leadership Development at financial services startup Stripe, where he specialized in rapid scaling. Michael’s "superpower" as a coach is his ability to support clients in marrying intuition and analysis. He uses this, along with systems thinking, to help clients work through the heart of the issues they face. His mission is to enable people to maximize their full potential and live their most meaningful lives.
